Karl Larsen Print

Attributed to Danish painter Karl Larsen, this abstract print is from a limited run of 270. Larsen was active from the early 20th century up until his death in the 1970s. This particular print could have been produced in 1922, as per the dated signature, although due to the lack of paperwork its provenance is unclear. The abstract style of the still life aligns with Larsen’s evolving stylistic expression across his career. During the 1920s his work ranges from Impressionist-inspired cityscapes to Abstract Expressionist still lifes like the one in our collection.
