Beech Extending Dining Table

The table comfortably seats four when closed, but once extended seats a generous six. The sculptural detailing of the internal framework adds complexity and visual interest to the design. The ingenious mechanisms of this piece, allows for the leaves at either end to be lifted individually or together, the central frame brackets are held in place with wood stoppers which can be removed and the brackets pushed the fold out the sides of the table, the stoppers are then replaced to secure the leaves in place.
