Børge Christian Frederik Painting

This painting is a gorgeous example of the work by artist Børge Christian Frederik.  Bokkenheuser. Often known for his landscapes, this piece in particular depicts the coastline of Danish town Sletten. The colour palette of this piece is in keeping with Bokkenheuser style using light pastel tones to convey the fresh seascape. The paintings medium is oil and features a signature in the bottom right, as well as a signature, title and date of 1953 on the reverse of the canvas.
